THRIVE Retreats
New England Coastal Calm

October 1st - 4th, 2021 ⏐ Little Compton, RI

Immersive Wellness Experience

Calm your mind and your body,

connect with your purpose and bond with a community of  like-minded women

Untitled design (6).png

That’s why you can do ALL the things - spa treatments, Netflix, lunch with friends - and still feel as stressed as when you started!

Because no matter how much time or money you spend on relaxation, it can’t take hold if your mental chatter is on overdrive.

But when you give yourself the time and space to get back on your feet — to truly heal — what you find in that stillness will change your life.

Relaxation is so much more than just something to do.
It’s a way of being.

Self compassion. Pleasure. Beauty. Peace.
Connection to a higher power.

What do you say? Will you join me?

OUR VENUE

Set just steps from the Atlantic Ocean, our home away from home is known locally as The Big House - a traditional New England beach house with a breezy California feel.

Newly renovated by a former creative director for Pottery Barn, the decor is high-end but incredibly inviting. It offers lovely gathering spaces around the stone fire pit, sprawling lawn, and wraparound porch.

The property offers cozy, bright accommodations with options for private or shared bedrooms. Rooms have breathtaking views and sounds of crashing waves.

It’s an intimate venue perfect for our small group! The house offers just enough privacy while still allowing us to get to know each other and share a truly special experience.

October 1 - 4, 2021

Little Compton, RI

Little Compton on Rhode Island’s south coast feels like a secret hideaway.

It’s not far from Boston or the bustling scene in Newport — but it’s off the beaten path just enough that you get everything you want from a quaint coastal town, minus the crowds.

Unspoiled beaches stretch for miles, peppered with dramatic cliffs and swaying grass. The Sakonnet River is lined with local organic farms, hiking trails, and wildlife. And no matter where you are, there’s always an ocean breeze.

If it’s serenity you’re seeking, you’ll find it here.

I can feel my shoulders loosening up just thinking about it!

ITINERARY

(subject to change)

Friday, October 1

Guests will arrive in the late afternoon and have time to settle in before we gather for a welcome reception, and watch the sunset over the water. Chef Lauren will serve our group a lovely plant-based meal, and we’ll gather around the fire pit to set intentions for the weekend before turning in for the night.

COVID Precautions

This is a retreat focusing on wellness - and I’m taking that to heart by making sure I’m taking precautions to keep everyone well.

I understand that making travel plans during COVID isn’t a decision to make lightly. Your safety is my #1 priority. So here’s what I’m doing to keep this retreat as safe as possible:

  1. Requiring that all participants show proof of a negative PCR COVID test 72 hours prior to the retreat start - regardless of vaccination status (Tests are totally free, easy, and fast at the CVS drive thru!)

  2. Hiring professional cleaners to fully disinfect the venue prior to our arrival

  3. Clearly outlining sanitation protocols for support staff and retreat guests

  4. Conducting many activities outdoors, as weather allows

  5. Keeping the retreat size exceptionally small

  6. Staying apprised of updated state and federal recommendations, and making changes as needed

In the event you do test positive prior to arrival, you can transfer your payment to a future retreat or transfer your spot to another participant with no penalty. Because you know I’m always curating amazing retreat experiences, both locally and internationally!

I’m happy to answer any questions you may have, so please don’t hesitate to reach out!
