THRIVE Retreats are for you if...
You like learning about yourself and ways to make your life the best it can be. An integral part of the retreat is exploring your strengths, challenging your limiting beliefs, and learning techniques to raise your positive emotions.
You like connecting with small groups of women. THRIVE Retreats are intimate by design. Group size is between 8-12 women.
You like traveling and exploring new areas. Getting outside of your typical environment, and experiencing new ways of doing things, help to shift your mindset and create the change you want in your life.
THRIVE Retreats are NOT for you if...
You are not interesting in learning about ways to think differently or exploring different ways of doing things.
You prefer traveling in large groups (think tour bus).
Traveling makes you cranky and you don't like stepping outside of your comfort zone.

My work in Positive Psychology is what lead me to make my THRIVE retreats a reality.
I combined my strength of bringing a community of women together in a positive, life transforming way with my knack of creating amazing travel experiences, added my love of Italy and my THRIVE Retreats were born!
I'm a certified life coach and certified in Positive Psychology. For 8 years I have been coaching and leading women to make positive, life transforming changes.
I also co-lead corporate leadership programs with TenWomenStrong, an organization that helps women lead a life with purpose.
