We meet at Catania airport in Sicily where we travel together to our villa Il Baglio della Sorgente.
Breathe in your surroundings as you are welcomed with an aperitivo of local fruits, cheeses and wine. It's time to relax!
Enjoy the pool and the company of our group while our personal chef prepares dinner made with fresh ingredients purchased that day from local markets.
We kick off our program with getting to know one another. Set your intentions for the week as you celebrate saying YES to committing to make positive changes in your life!

Retreat Prices: This retreat is sold out (retreat prices vary based on trip locale and itinerary)
Retreat available for 12 guests.
Shared Room (2 people per room) - includes twin beds and private bath.
Private Room (1 person per room) - includes double bed and private en suite bathroom.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
To book your reservation, send an email and I will send you a link to set up a 15 minute phone call. Once you are confirmed for the retreat you will be given payment options. To hold your reservation a $500 deposit is due at time of booking, please note that your room will not be held until a deposit is received.
Your remaining balance will be due by June 1, 2020.
If you need to cancel anytime after June 1, 2020, 50% of the payment, less the deposit, will be refunded. It is required that you purchase travel insurance that includes 'cancel for any reason' as we reserve the right to cancel the retreat. In the event the retreat is cancelled you will be refunded your entire payment, including your deposit.
Refund Policy & Trip Insurance
All retreats require a $500 non-refundable / non-transferable deposit, which is required to hold your spot on the trip.
The purchase of travel insurance is highly recommended for this trip, which will protect you against potential trip delays or cancellations due to airline issues, family emergencies, illness, injury, etc. If you decide not to purchase travel insurance you are assuming 100% of any costs incurred for trip cancellation or trip interruption.
Important Notes About Flights & Check-In
Please note that while the official start date of this trip is September 19th. If you are traveling straight to Sicily without extending your stay prior to the retreat, you will need to take a red eye flight on the evening of September 18th. We will send you flight parameters and will be available to assist you in choosing a flight. There will only be one car transfer time provided for the airport for arrival on September 19th and departure on September 26th. If you choose to book flights outside of our parameters, you will be responsible for paying for your own airport transfers. Please note that the villa is located 1 hour and 30 minutes outside of Catania airport.
Passport Requirements
You must have a valid passport to travel to Sicily. Please check your passport expiration date and make sure it is valid for at least 3 months after the end date of the retreat. The villa company requires all guests to provide their passport number prior to traveling to Italy.
