Maximizing Your VIA Strengths Workshop

4-week workshop starting May 3rd!

Using the Science of Happiness to Thrive

Learning how to view your life through a strengths lens is like putting on a new set of magical glasses, ones that transform the way you see yourself and others.


In this workshop you will learn how to use your VIA Strengths in a balanced way, making your life richer and more meaningful. You'll bring a strength lens to your relationships, focusing on what is strong instead of what is wrong



Knowing how to use all of your strengths can help you achieve your important goals while you live the very best version of yourself.  

This live, interactive workshop meets for four sessions over Zoom and is facilitated by me. Boost your happiness factor by connecting with like-minded women in our Thrive community. 


Workshop is limited to 12 women.

This class is only available to women who have been through one of my THRIVE programs or retreats and is being offered at a special price of $159 for the 4-week session.


Hi, I'm Paula

I love bringing groups of women together, either in my THRIVE groups or on retreat and watching what happens when they start using the tools from Positive Psychology.  It's like magic and fills me with joy!

I'm trained as a coach and in Positive Psychology and I bring my love of learning to my teachings. 


 I live in the Boston area with my husband, three adult children and my dog Desi – who is my ultimate teacher of living in the moment with gratitude and love.
