Join my FREE Thrive workshop to learn how mindfulness has the power to change your life.
Mindfulness can look differently for everyone and can be so much more than sitting for meditation!
I'll be teaching simple techniques to help you start a mindfulness practice that sticks. You'll learn how mindfulness plays a part in so many different areas of wellness.
Guest speaker Lisa Dahl will teach us how mindfulness leads to an overall better relationship with ourselves and the food we eat!
She'll be leading us in a mindful eating practice to help us experience a deep connection with our food.
