With this program, women find success in countless areas including career, purpose, health and wellness, relationships, home environment and time balance.
Amy received her B.S. in psychology from Cornell University. She is a multi-prenuer, certified health coach and business coach. She works with women 1:1, in both virtual and in-person coaching programs, leading in-person retreats and online communities. She has also created many programs for empty nester moms seeking purpose, community and a vibrant life.
