You'll have the time and space to reflect on your life and how you want to live it. You'll be able to tap into your awesomeness and come home feeling confident and shining from the inside out. I see it happen all of the time!

A retreat is also a vacation so you will have time to unwind, laugh, experience new things, and see awe inspiring sights.  You're in Italy so of course you'll taste delicious Italian cuisine and sample the finest Italian wines!  Along the way you'll be meeting new people and making new connections.

Why are we staying in one place for a whole week?

Packing, unpacking and moving from place to place makes for a weary traveler.
 
On retreat means being rested and relaxed without all the hassle of moving from place to place. Villa Trulli Andrea was chosen because of it's close proximity to so many beautiful towns and sights of Puglia. You will have time to settle in and sink into the culture and beauty of this special place.

Do I have to cook my own meals?

One of the top reasons to visit Italy is for the food!
 
A personal chef will be preparing various meals throughout our stay and we will also be enjoying amazing meals at local restaurants.
 
Trulli Andrea comes equipped with a beautiful kitchen so if you prefer to shop for food to have on hand or prepare something to eat then go right ahead!
 
I will be asking for any special dietary needs or allergies ahead of time to give to the chef.

How do I get to Sicily?

Your pre and post travel plans are at your discretion. We will be meeting at the Catania airport on September 19, 2020.  I will reviewing your travel arrangements and giving you information on flights after you reserve your room for the retreat.
 
I highly suggest spending a couple of nights there pre-retreat to get adjust to the time change and get over your jet lag. It's the perfect opportunity to see more of Europe while you are travelling.

ou wish. With the retreat filled to capacity there will be two of everything - 2 trulli, 2 pools, 2 kitchens and plenty of living space both inside and out.  
 
The retreat does require time with the group as a whole so if traveling by yourself for the majorty of the time is what you like then this trip is probably not the right fit for you.  Feel free to set up a call with me if you want to talk further.

The unknown is always a little scary. Part of the reason to do a retreat is to push yourself out of your comfort zone.  I can tell you what I have seen over the past 7 years running coaching groups for women - we need eachother.  We do better whe

n we feel connected.  I see women supporting and forming bonds that run so deep that they keep getting together long after the formal coaching group or retreat has ended.  I love that!  Who knows you may just end up meeting your BFF! I absolutely loved seeing the strong bond that developed on our last THRIVE Retreat.  It was pure magic!

Is there wifi at the villa?

There is wifi however the connection may be spotty due to the stone construction of the trulli. Being on retreat means being in the present moment and giving youself space so there's no better time to try unplugging.

I have restricted mobility, is this retreat for me?"
