What is THRIVE U?
THRIVE U is a program of live, interactive classes for women looking to bring more joy and purpose into their life as they improve their relationships and learn to thrive.
In each class, I teach you how to use research backed tools from Positive Psychology in your every day life so that you can be happier, healthier and more resilient.
Class size is limited to 10 women so you will get the attention, connection and support to make your happiness habits stick.

What is Positive Psychology?
Positive Psychology began in the late 1990's by Dr. Martin Seligman who was the President of the American Psychological Association. For over 50 years the APA had been researching disease and disorder, Dr. Seligman decided to shift the lens to wellness.
An initiative to study people who were flourishing started and the field of Positive Psychology was born.
This exciting field attracts neuroscientists, psychologists, educators and many other experts that study the effects of practices like gratitude and mindfulness on the brain.

Designed to follow THRIVE 101, in this Strengths & Resiliency class you will learn your unique strengths profile and how to use it to give you energy and live with ease. Learn how to boost your resiliency to get you through hard times in life.
6-week session begins Wed., Dec. 1st
Keep the support and learning going with this 12-week session. Experience the personal transformation that comes with a commitment to yourself and your growth! This on-going facilitated support group is open to women who have completed THRIVE 101 and THRIVE Strengths & Resiliency.
