Using the Science of Happiness to Thrive

There are some really smart people (neuroscientists, psychologists, professors) who make a profession out of doing scientific research on what makes people flourish and thrive. This is called the field of Positive Psychology.

I take what they have learned and teach you how to bring it into your daily life. These tools not only make you happier, they also help you reach your goals, improve your relationships and be more resilient.  How amazing is that?

Join me for this interactive, live, virtual FREE workshop and kick off your year in a whole new way.

Hi, I'm Paula

I love bringing groups of women together, either in my THRIVE groups or on retreat and watching what happens when they start using the tools from Positive Psychology.  It's like magic and fills me with joy!

I'm trained as a coach and in Positive Psychology and I bring my love of learning to my teachings.

I live in the Boston area with my husband, three adult children and my dog Desi – who is my ultimate teacher of living in the moment with gratitude and love.
